Six sessions, fortnightly, 60 minutes each. Confidential, structured, outcome-focused.

30-minute chemistry call to confirm fit. Then a written coaching agreement covering goals and ground rules.

Six structured sessions

Each session has an agreed focus and an action to take into the next two weeks. Confidential to the coachee.

Mid-point and end review

Sponsor (where there is one) is involved at session three and at the close. Outcomes are documented in plain English.
