Full Managed Campaign

From £1,950 + VAT, plus 7.5% success fee

We run the whole hire end to end, the full six-stage process below: brief, multi-channel advert, sift and pre-screen, interview coordination, offer, references, contracts and onboarding through to start date.

  • Engagement fee from £1,950 + VAT for a typical 6-week campaign
  • 7.5% success fee on the agreed annual salary, versus 15 to 20% at an agency
  • Day rate £325 + VAT for ad-hoc or extended scope
  • Advertising across channels at cost, agreed in advance

What the full managed campaign covers

A six-stage process, refined across recruitment work for SMEs in hospitality, retail, professional services, property and care. The fixed £995 package covers the advert and video-screen stages; the managed campaign runs all six.

Worked example: hiring a £35,000 role on the full managed campaign

  • Engagement fee: £1,950
  • Success fee on placement: £2,625 (7.5% of £35,000)
  • Advertising costs (typical): around £200
  • Total: roughly £4,775 + VAT

Versus a placement agency at 15 to 20 percent (£5,250 to £7,000), well below, AND you own the campaign and the candidate relationship from day one. For a straightforward role, the fixed £995 Advertise and Screen package is far less again.

Six weeks from JD sign-off to start date is the typical managed campaign length. The job advert goes live within Week 1. First shortlist with the client within Week 2.
On the full managed campaign, the engagement fee covers the process and the 7.5% success fee is only payable if a placement is made. We will tell you on the call if a role is going to be hard to fill before we take it on.
