We are not a placement agency. We do not have a candidate database that we shop around. We run the campaign for the role you actually need, attracting candidates to your brand rather than ours.

Start lean with a fixed-fee advert and video screen, or have us run the whole hire end to end. Whichever you pick, you own the advert, the brand voice and the candidate relationship.

For employers who want a strong advert and candidates they can review on video, then take it from there themselves. A flat fee, no success fee, no day rate. It includes exactly three things:
- A professionally written job advert in your brand voice
- Your role advertised on one job platform
- A video or pre-recorded interview stage you can watch back in your own time
Full service
Full Managed Campaign
From £1,950 + VAT, plus 7.5% success fee
We run the whole hire end to end, the full six-stage process below: brief, multi-channel advert, sift and pre-screen, interview coordination, offer, references, contracts and onboarding through to start date.
- Engagement fee from £1,950 + VAT for a typical 6-week campaign
- 7.5% success fee on the agreed annual salary, versus 15 to 20% at an agency
- Day rate £325 + VAT for ad-hoc or extended scope
- Advertising across channels at cost, agreed in advance
What the full managed campaign covers
A six-stage process, refined across recruitment work for SMEs in hospitality, retail, professional services, property and care. The fixed £995 package covers the advert and video-screen stages; the managed campaign runs all six.
1. Brief and job description
We meet with you and the hiring manager. Refine the job description with the right flexibility for a scaling SME. Write something that reads as a real opportunity, not a generic role listing.2. Job adverts and channels
We write the advert in your voice and place it across the channels that work for your role: Indeed, CV Library, specialist sector boards, plus our own Google for Jobs feed. Advertising costs are passed through at cost, agreed before we spend.3. Application sift and pre-screen
We sift the applications, then run structured pre-screening calls covering experience, right to work, salary expectations, longer-term ambitions. Only qualified, interested candidates reach your inbox.4. Interview coordination
We coordinate the interview process. Provide structured interview question packs tailored to the role. Sit in on first-stage interviews if you want a second pair of eyes.5. Offer, references, contracts
We support the offer stage, take references, run right-to-work checks, and issue the employment contract (compliant with the Employment Rights Act 2025, written for your business).6. Onboarding through to start date
We stay with the successful candidate through the notice-period gap, keep them engaged, and make sure day one goes smoothly. Most hires we lose are lost in the gap between offer and start, not before.Clear pricing, either way

Worked example: hiring a £35,000 role on the full managed campaign
- Engagement fee: £1,950
- Success fee on placement: £2,625 (7.5% of £35,000)
- Advertising costs (typical): around £200
- Total: roughly £4,775 + VAT
Versus a placement agency at 15 to 20 percent (£5,250 to £7,000), well below, AND you own the campaign and the candidate relationship from day one. For a straightforward role, the fixed £995 Advertise and Screen package is far less again.

If you are on our Retained HR support, recruitment activity uses your monthly hours allowance (Partner tier, priced on your team size). Best for SMEs hiring 4+ roles a year.
