Why it matters

Redundancy is the single highest-risk HR action a UK SME can take. The cost of getting it wrong is an Employment Tribunal claim that runs to tens of thousands. The cost of doing it properly with our support is a fraction of that. We have run dozens of redundancy processes without a single successful tribunal claim against a client.

Pricing

  • Individual case: £495 + VAT per role being made redundant, covers full process from at-risk letter to dismissal.
  • Multiple roles (3 to 5): £1,495 + VAT fixed fee for the project.
  • Larger projects (6+): bespoke quote, typically £2,500 to £6,000 + VAT depending on collective-consultation scope.
  • Inside Retained HR support: uses your included hours plus a top-up if needed.

Common questions

Often, no. We will tell you on the call if what you describe is performance management, restructuring, or genuine redundancy. The wrong label is the most common reason redundancy claims succeed.
There are additional protections and the process changes. We will flag this on the call and walk you through the legal duties before you do anything.
Minimum 14 days from at-risk to dismissal for individual redundancies. 30 days minimum for 20-99 collective. 45 days for 100+ collective. We do not cut these short.
