Dan Caruso

Dan came to HR the long way around. Before founding Beagle HR he spent fifteen years running shop floors, supervisor teams and operational roles in retail, telecommunications and education. That non-traditional route is what makes the advice land. He has stood in your shoes, run the rota at 6am on a Saturday, sacked someone who genuinely deserved it, and managed a team through a takeover.

He set up Beagle HR in 2020 because the SMEs he was talking to could not get this kind of practical, plain-language HR help anywhere. The big consultancies were priced for FTSE clients. The off-the-shelf advice lines hedged every sentence. Nobody was talking to a 12-person business owner the way they actually needed to be talked to.

WHERE WE ARE

Workspace on Weybridge High Street.

Beagle HR works out of a workspace above Waitrose on Weybridge High Street. Most of the time you will not find us there. Our consultants are normally on client site, in a meeting, or running a workshop. We are people people, not hiding behind computer screens sipping cups of tea.

We cover the Surrey commuter belt: Weybridge, Walton-on-Thames, Esher, Cobham, Chertsey, Woking, Guildford, Epsom, Leatherhead, Reigate, Camberley, Farnham and across SW London. Most work is by phone, email and video. We visit in person when it matters: audits, sensitive meetings, hearings.
