  • The paperwork (informal warning, 1-to-1, return-to-work, capability concern)
  • The judgment calls (when to escalate, when to handle in-house, when to call us)

After:

  • Manager Toolkit playbook (PDF, all scripts, templates and decision rules)
  • 3x 30-min coaching follow-ups per manager (over 90 days)

Format 2: 1-to-1 workplace coaching

From £495 per manager

Some managers do not need a workshop. They need an hour a fortnight with someone who has done this before, to talk through the live cases they are dealing with.

You get:

  • 1-hour fortnightly call over 3 months (in-person or remote)
  • Written summary after each call
  • Direct email access between calls
  • 3-month handover note for the manager’s development file

For larger SMEs (30 to 50+) wanting structured leadership development. Examples:

  • 6-month new-manager pathway with monthly cohort + 1-to-1 coaching
  • Leadership team off-site facilitation
  • Topic-specific workshops (difficult conversations, recruitment-and-selection, performance-review prep)

Pricing: quoted per programme after scoping call. Typical range £4,500 to £12,000 + VAT.
